Courses, add ons, hardware, and extras

This is a short list of the best of what I personally use and recommend.

Courses

There is a massive amount of learning content out there for Blender. But being proficient at something and being good at teaching it are totally different skills. I recommend these teachers for their clarity and methodology of instruction as well as the originality and quality of what you’ll be making.

CG Boost: 3D Character Masterclass

Intermediate level

I think the quality of CG Boost’s courses and instructors are among the best I’ve seen. They offer beginner friendly courses like their Blender Launch Pad, but their latest intermediate course, Master 3D Characters in Blender, shows you how to create stunning 3D characters with a complete workflow covering sculpting, clothing, hard-surface modeling, retopology, texturing, and shading.

Intermediate level

Not only is Louis du Mont is a very good instructor, his course goes beyond the hard surfacing techniques you’ll learn for modeling robots. He also explains rigging and animation – two complex topics in themselves – with clarity. He balances core concepts with subtle details. A truly outstanding course and a great value.
